This is a small consulting site. It collects as little as it can, and none of it is sold or shared for advertising. Plain terms below.

What this site collects

If you fill in the contact form, it sends us your name, your email address, your company if you enter one, and the message you write. That is the whole form. It goes to our inbox so we can reply.

The site does not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or health information, and you should not send them through the form.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits. It reports totals: how many people came, which pages they read, and which site sent them. IP addresses are anonymized, and advertising and personalization signals are switched off.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell returning visitors from new ones. Nothing else on this site sets a cookie. There are no advertising cookies and no third party trackers.

Server logs

Like any web server, the host that serves this site records standard request logs, including IP address, browser user agent, and the page requested. Those logs exist for security and troubleshooting, and are kept only as long as the host retains them.

How we use what you send

To reply to you, to scope work you have asked about, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not add you to a marketing list from a contact form submission. We do not sell contact information, and we do not share it with anyone except a service provider that helps deliver the message to us.

Client data is separate

Data a client gives us under an engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement, not by this policy. Client data stays segregated, is used only for that client's work, and never appears in another client's deliverable.

How long it is kept

Contact messages stay in our email so we have a record of the conversation. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

Use the contact form, or the address in the footer, to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to do this. We will honor the request either way.

Children

Cannabis is an adult-use and medical industry. This site is meant for adults doing business, and is not directed at anyone under 21.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
